Spikes or excessive drops in any of the tracked channels or significant shifts in sentiment expressed in any channel receive human analysis at the individual record level to reveal context for the situation. Alert status reports are sent within an hour of the shift in data when the analysis reveals a substantive risk or opportunity around a change in constituent behavior, attitude or intention.
